(Learning Mentors)

To help out in the main school with students who need your support to help them in their studies. Supporting students with study skills and listen to students read.  A rewarding volunteering opportunity.

English and Maths trouble shooters

Why trouble shooters? We know Maths and English are important Core subjects and in order for future progress students need support in these subjects. Your support would be highly recognised and much needed at main school.

Work Placements

You will have the opportunity to find your own unpaid work placements that will equip you with experience and skills towards your chosen career. Help will be offered if you need to find a placement.

Other Wider Societies

If you wish to create your own enrichment activity, then talk to us to discuss the possibilities. You may wish to do this independently or in a group.

First Aid

This will be delivered by a registered organisation. If there are enough students interested.

Sign Language

This will be delivered by a registered organisation. If there are enough students registed.

Duke of Edinburgh

Students can embark on the Gold Award.

EPQ

Gain a qualification by completing an Extended Project Qualification. Many universities encourage students to have this to show independent study, enquiry and research.
